Front line staff excel in customer service

Three of our customer advisors have just gained their NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service. Ann Hemsley, Karen Binks and Rachel Sykes worked extremely hard for a year meeting the new strict and tough criteria that the new NVQ's demand.

Passmore Group Managing Director Tony Passmore, who is not a cyclist, recently completed a 500km cycle challenge by cycling in the heat and humidity of Vietnam and Cambodia, raising over £3,000 for the Leeds Children’s Charity. The charity sends local under privileged children on holiday to a holiday camp near Morecambe, Lancs.

A recent customer satisfaction survey by Leeds City Council's Adaptations Agency scored MoreAbility, the adaptations part of the company, as achieving 100% customer satisfaction across a range of criteria for a three month period ending September 2012.
