Tony
Managing DirectorTony started as operations manager at the family firm in 1981.
During his first 10 years Tony studied part time at Leeds Metropolitan University graduating with a BA(hons) in Business Management & Administration.
It wasn't until the year 2000 that Tony stepped in to take the managing director role which he still fulfills to this day. Tony brings considerable multi-functional expertise in a number of different areas through-out the business including: Management, finance, operations, marketing, sales and business strategy.

Steve
Operations DirectorSteve has been in the construction industry for a number of years first starting at Passmore’s in 1980 as a plumbing apprentice under the management of his parents.
In 1990 Steve moved to the surveying side of the business, working with both the bathroom and building brands.
In 2005 Steve moved again to head up the operations following the handover of the business from his parents. Presently Steve manages the 30+ installations team whilst also supporting staff in other functional areas including building, quality control / supervising, planning co-ordination and stores.

Vicki
Finance DirectorVicki joined Passmore’s in 2009 as the company’s Financial Controller.
Vicki’s start coincided with the beginning of the recession and resulted in overhauling and improving the company’s financial management in order to be able to weather the storm ahead.
5 years on Vicki was asked to join Tony & Steve on the board of Directors as the company’s Financial Director. The premier league financial management Vicki has instilled in the company has provided the cornerstone of the success during the recession as well as providing solid foundations for future growth aspirations.

Tony
Building ManagerTony worked as a time-served joiner for a number of years before making the move on to construction management in 1987.
Tony joined Passmore’s as building manager in 2008 following a number of years working on multi-million pound building projects within several large construction organisations.
Tony currently managers all building works including, private / domestic, council, housing associations and adaptations. Tony’s day to day activities include job planning, programming of the ‘lads on site’ workloads, onsite project management, enforcing on site health & safety regulations, liaising with architects, structural engineers and customers for all job types.

Dave
Project SupervisorDave was employed as Passmore’s project manager in early 2014 in order to facilitate quality control. Previous to this Dave first started working for Passmore’s in 1996 as a bathroom fitter / installer but left in 2006.
Dave is predominantly based out of the office managing and working closely with the installations team on site to ensure job progress efficiency in order to meet internal targets and customer expectations.
Dave, a fully qualified plumber / gas & central heating engineer with over 30 years of experience, provides installation training with a view to benchmarking the team against a platform of multi-skilled expertise. Day to day Dave ensures the service we deliver adheres to a defined set of quality criteria meeting the requirements of our customers.

Andy
Financial ContollerAndy is a fully qualified finance professional who before joining Passmore’s had spent the best part of 20 years working in a number of finance and accountancy roles at a range of different levels.
A chartered accountant at Passmores Andy will be overseeing the finance function while providing all financial information to support and facilitate the directors in their decision making.
Outside of work Andy is a keen golfer and football supporter, where he holds a season ticket for his beloved local team, Huddersfield Town, and has been a regular visitor to the ground for as long as he can remember.

Eve
Senior Finance AssistantEve, Passmore Groups Senior Finance Assistant, has been with the company since the end of 2018.
With over 15 year’s accountancy experience, Eve started her career as a purchase ledger in the engineering sector. Moving onto the publishing industry, Eve’s determination and eagerness to learn saw her progress through the ranks, working her way up to an Assistant Accountant role while studying to gain her AAT level 3 qualification.
Now at Passmore’s Eve’s day to day senior finance accountant role will see her cover a breadth of responsibilities including payment processing and reconciliation, cash flow management and credit control, payroll, VAT returns and purchase and sales ledger.
Out of the office Eve enjoys socialising, meeting friends old and new and keeps fit by running twice a week. A gymnastics spectator, Eve’s loves nothing more than to support her daughter at competitions.

Hannah
Finance AssistantHannah, Passmore’s finance assistant has been with the company on a part time basis since May 2014.
Having worked in conjunction with gaining a degree in early years education, Hannah has demonstrated an excellent work ethic and eagerness to learn, further complimented by a fantastic cultural fit (even amongst the oldies!).
Having graduated from the University of Huddersfield in July 2016 Hannah was offered a full time position, remaining within the finance department where she will no doubt be an excellent full term addition to the team.
Day to day Hannah’s responsibilities include invoicing, delivery admin, accounts admin, sales & purchase ledger and credit control with a focus on developing core tasks and responsibilities.

Rebecca
Marketing ManagerRebecca started at Passmore’s in August 2013 after successful graduating from the University of Huddersfield in 2012 where she gained a 2:1 qualification in marketing.
Having been with the company for a number of years and a result of rising through the ranks Rebecca now works across all branded divisions and is responsible for overseeing the management and implementation of the groups overarching yearly marketing plan.
Focusing on strategic market development and growth, Rebecca’s management responsibilities include liaising third party agencies with regards to online web development including content creation, PPC strategies, technical SEO, social and remarketing initiatives. Offline Rebecca oversees an integrated marketing communications approach which includes direct mail, advertising and PR campaigns a swell as signing off all literature creation.
Outside the office Rebecca is a keen health and fitness enthusiast who enjoys the great outdoors as much as an intense gym class.

Desiree
Marketing ExecutiveDesiree joined Passmore’s mid 2019 fulfilling the position of marketing executive, created to help facilitate continued growth following the expansion into kitchens.
With over 5 years’ digital marketing experience in both IT and FMCG industries Desiree comes from both an agency and client side background, giving her a fanatic scope of knowledge and hands on experience.
Sitting in the marketing team Desiree will be responsible for both the More Bathrooms and More Ability brands with regards to online development including content creation and technical SEO, social and remarketing initiatives. Offline Desiree will explore an integrated marketing communications approach which includes overseeing direct mail, advertising and PR campaigns a swell as managing all literature creation.
Outside of work Desiree enjoys foreign travel and discovering new cultures while socialising with friends both old and new.

Simon
Senior DesignerSimon joined Passmore’s in the later part of 2017 following 20 successful years at interior design giants, Norwood Interiors, where he designed high quality kitchens, bathrooms & bedrooms.
Starting his career at a young age Simon worked at a bathroom business in Huddersfield where he hand drew perspective design concepts having gained a HND qualification in interior design.
Working in and around the industry ever since, Simon now heads up the design and surveying team at Passmores. Working directly with the More Bathrooms & More Ability brands Simon's aim is to adopt a more collaborative approach making our ‘sales’ processes smoother and more efficient.
Bringing with him his years of experience, industry knowledge, natural design ability and creative flare Simon is also keen to keep a firm hand in designing and surveying projects for our domestic customers.

Andy
Senior DesignerAndy has over 15 years experience working within the domestic market in which he has designed, supplied & project managed Bathroom, Bedroom & Kitchen transformations for the modern day home owner.
Andy’s varied experience includes working within a number of Home Improvement company's including Pure Design, Norwood, B&Q and Porcelanosa.
Having studied a BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design Andy’s design skills and abilities are educationally based and readily transferable to cater to the job at hand and customers requirements.
At Passmore’s Andy works directly with the MoreBathrooms & MoreAbility brands, surveying & designing bathroom works and solutions for the domestic homeowner.

Julie
Senior DesignerJulie joined the Passmore team in August 2019 as a direct result of continued growth and company expansion, particularly the acquisition of the concession showroom in Mirfield.
A senior interior designer of bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens for just over 30 years, Julies first-hand experience, design expertise and breadth of industry knowledge makes her a fantastic addition to the sales and design team.
Having started her career at a local chemical company in the drawing office Julie quickly turned her hand to interior design first moving to Magnet before settling at Norwood Interiors where she remained for 28 years.
Outside the office Julie is a lover of fine wine and good food, perfectly mixing the two while socialising with friends and enjoying some well-deserved R&R in sunnier climates

Garry
Senior DesignerGarry is an experienced bathroom surveyor and designer having worked in and around the industry for 28 years; gaining invaluable experience whilst at bathroom specialist’s; Norwood & Porcelanosa.
Showing a keen interest in design & technical drawing from an early age Garry ‘fell’ into surveying bathrooms as a result of wanting to make the most of his natural abilities which involved a creative flare for design.
At Passmore’s Garry works directly with the MoreBathrooms & MoreAbility brands, surveying & designing bathroom works and solutions for the domestic homeowner.
Garry will also work alongside Paul Tarbard managing the showroom ensuring the latest products and designs are on display.

Nigel
Senior DesignerPassmore’s second longest serving employee, Nigel has been with the company since 2001.
Nigel is a fully qualified Gas & Central Heating Engineer, who, before joining Passmore’s installed bathrooms and wet floor showers, using us as his supplier.
Nigel works directly with the MoreBathrooms and MoreAbility brands, surveying & designing bathroom works and solutions for the domestic home owner.
Nigel is also responsible for the Barnsley and Doncaster conurbation with regards to the public sector MoreAbility work. Managing relationships with the local council to deliver bespoke bathroom solutions for the elderly & disabled customer.

Paul
Adaptations SurveyorPaul is an experienced surveyor who before joining Passmore spent 20 years working for local authorities covering planned maintenance work and disabled adaptations.
Having worked for more than 80% of the housing associations within the North West and North East region, Paul is a fully qualified Adaptations Surveyor having received training under the Joseph Rowntree foundation.
At Passmores Paul’s role will see him manage council, contract and housing association relationships working as a Surveyor for all public sector disabled adaptations.With a broad scope of work Paul’s main duties will include adaption specification surveying, pricing, full job preparation, post install inspection and invoicing.
Outside of work Paul is a devoted Leeds United supporter and avid remote control fan, with a keen interest in drone, car and helicopter UAV’s.

Rob
Installations SurveyorRob joined Passmore’s mid 2019 as installations surveyor for the More Kitchens division.
Sitting between the design and installations teams Rob will project manage all kitchen renovations. From final checks of specifications, ordering all products and materials to scheduling the job in for fitting and managing the full service renovation.
With over 30 years experience in the kitchen industry, Rob has a wealth of knowledge covering trade, supervising, project and contract management positions.
Most recently Rob also had his own full service kitchen renovation business. During this time Rob managed all domestic orders from design, supply right through to installation making him a fantastic addition to the team.
Outside of work Rob is a keen fitness enthusiast regularly attending his local gym a number of times a week.

Joe
Installations SurveyorJoe joined Passmore’s mid 2018 in a newly created role as installations surveyor.
Sitting between the design and installations teams, Joe’s core focus is to streamline the operational process to ensure a more efficient service, resulting in a better experience for the customers.
With vast experience in the bathroom industry, Joe worked at Norwood Interiors for 13 years where he progressed through the ranks fulfilling purchasing, surveying and installation management roles.
Working in the private domestic market under the More Bathrooms and More Ability brands Joes knowledge of the industry, and ambition to deliver an outstanding customer experience from design right through to installation, makes him a fantastic addition to the team.
A true team player, out of the office Joe has a strong passion for football. Playing himself in his youth, Joe now assists and provides support for his local junior league in which his son plays.

Rachel
CAD Designer & Sales Support AssistantRachel returned to Passmore’s towards the end of 2018 with a view to supporting the sales team, their processes and improving the customer experience.
Qualifications in Business Administration, Customer Service and CAD design has equipped Rachel in her quest to enhance the overall customer journey through sales diary management; both on and offsite, process compliance and keeping a hand in managing both the Leeds and Harrogate showrooms.
With over a decade’s worth of experience using CAD has developed Rachel’s eye for design software helping to enrich interior concepts, assisting both More Ability and More Bathrooms customers in making their dream bathrooms or shower rooms a reality.

Sue
Showroom AssistantSue started at Passmore in 1998 and was the first office based employee outside of the family.
At the time of employment in 1998 Sue already had over 25 years experience in the Home Adaptations market,predominantly bathroom solutions based, making her the perfect addition to help drive and support the MoreAbility & MoreBathrooms brands.
Working in the showroom and helping out with direct sales, Sue’s product knowledge and friendly approach was well documented and even better received.
Sue retired in early 2011 after 13 years service, which was consequently short lived as we just couldn't let her go that easily. Sue now works in the showroom on Saturday's & Sunday's offering customers knowledge and advice as well as helping with product choices.

Dawn
Showroom AssistantDawn joined the Passmore team in August 2019 as a direct result of continued growth and company expansion, particularly the acquisition of the concession showroom in Mirfield.
Having been in the interior design industry for near on 30 years, with a strong focus around working in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom showrooms, Dawns product, interior and design knowledge is second to none.
Covering showroom assistant and manager positions Dawn is well known for her friendly approach when liaising with customers and building rapport while helping manage designer diaries and booking appointments.
Outside of work Dawn enjoys holidays abroad and exploring the Kirklees's countryside with her beloved Labrador.

Sue
Showroom AssistantSue joined the Passmore team in August 2019 as a direct result of continued growth and company expansion, particularly the acquisition of the concession showroom in Mirfield.
Having spent 12 years in a kitchen as a school cook and a further 16 years working as a regional sales manager for Electrolux before settling as an in store demonstrator for Norwood Interiors its safe to say Sue’s broad and varied experience in the Kitchen industry is second to none.
Now part of the Passmore team Sue will be based at the Mirfield showroom in Whiteleys Garden Centre where she will liaise with customers, building ongoing rapport, help manager designer diaries and book survey appointments for the bathroom, ability, bedroom and kitchen divisions.

Leanne
Showroom AssistantLeanne started at Passmores in September 2019 as a result of continued growth and company expansion.
With over 30 years’ experience in the Home Improvement industry, Leanne comes from a tiling, plumbing, gas central heating and bathroom designing background making her a fantastic addition to the team.
Based in the Harrogate Showroom, helping support the sales teams, dealing with customer enquiries and direct sales, Leanne’s product knowledge and friendly approach is unparalleled
Outside of work Leanne is a keen gardener and DIY’er who enjoys socialising with friends and attending her local gym 2-3 times a week.

Mahri
Stock AdministratorMahri Kirkby joined Passmore’s at the start of 2018 with a role focused around streamlining the ordering process.
With vast experience in similar customer service and purchasing roles, albeit different sectors, Mahri has a highly technical background with a great understanding of various purchasing software and operating systems.
As well as supporting with stock levels, warehouse management and negotiating prices in an attempt to streamline the supplier list for improved customer relations Mahri is also responsible for the ordering of all materials, products, fixtures and fittings for works accepted under all 3 brands; More Bathrooms, More Ability & More Build.
Out of the office Mahri’s interest are varied’ with a strong enthusiasm for paint balling, computer gaming and cross stitching, to name a few.

Richard
Warehouse Co-ordinatorRichard has been with Passmore’s since mid-2007 and is responsible for the management and co-ordination of our onsite warehouse.
Working closely with the entire installations team for the MoreBathrooms, MoreAbility and MoreBuild brands, Richard is on hand to ensure job preparation in relation to products ordered is checked and on site to facilitate on time job completion and efficiency.
Richard is also responsible for the control and ordering of all sundry stocks and company fleet management.

Sarah
Installations Co-ordinatorSarah joined Passmore’s in late 2016 to extend our planning & installation department due to continued growth.
Whilst focusing mainly on the planning & management of bathroom installations, Sarah’s vast experience in project management, planning & organisation, across diverse sectors, stands her in great stead to be a fantastic addition to the operations team.
Sarah’s role is all-encompassing, covering the installation of both private / domestic and public sector projects for local councils & housing associations. Liaising with customers over start dates, fitters, job completion, installation queries, faults reporting and any on-going problems (however rare), Sarah, as installations co-ordinator plays a vital role in us achieving our overarching aim of top drawer customer satisfaction & excellence.
As well as great organisational skills Sarah also is gifted with exemplary hand-eye coordination having danced Ballroom and Latin for the past 17 years which she takes one step further, voluntarily assisting & supporting with classes in her spare time.

Kate
Customer Service AssistantKate Melich joined Passmore’s mid 2017, extending our installations department due to continued growth.
Working in various key roles prior to joining Passmore’s, Kate’s most recent role saw her head up the quality control and auditing function of a popular work-wear manufacturer, improving the efficiency of there processes.
Kate’s undeniable experience within process efficiency stands her in great stead to be a fantastic addition to the team and help us achieve our overarching aim of top drawer customer satisfaction and excellence.
Focusing mainly on after sales support Kate will act as first point of contact post installation with regards to any issues with works or products. Managing all follow on’s, fault reports and remedial works Kate will prioritise, organise and book all returning site visits. In addition Kate also works closely with the council and contract surveying team scheduling all initial site visits and submitting tenders.
Outside of the office Kate is a keen road runner, often running in excess of 5 miles three times a week.

Installations Team
Multi-Skilled Fitters & InstallersIn such a highly competitive sector we are proud to have such a loyal, experienced and knowledgeable workforce with many of the team now on 10+ years service.
All 30+ fitters and installers are multi-skilled meaning there is only ever one man needed on any job, whether that be inclusive of tiling, plastering, joinery and plumbing. We also employ fully qualified electricians and gas & central heatingengineers meaning we can deliver your entire project, from start to finish, without sub-contracting any work giving us complete control and the customer complete peace of mind.
Our installation team deliver the end service day after day keeping our quality of workmanship and reputation at an all time high. Time after time we receive comments regarding the efficiency and skill set of the man on job whereby thecustomer is thrilled with the finished installation.
