Passmore Group Win 4 Year Selby District Council Contract

1 August 2022

Passmore Group has been awarded a 4-year contract with Selby District Council to deliver adaptations for the disabled and elderly.

Passmore Group has been working with Selby for 10 years under an approved Contractor scheme. Selby District Council decided to issue a new 4-year contract to a single contractor to deliver ALL works in the region, delivering a range of adaptations for the disabled and elderly. After seeking formal applications from a number of contractors, all of whom had to pass certain tests, Passmore Group came out as the most suitable.

The new 4-year contract will mean that Passmore will use their extensive knowledge, experience, and expertise to deliver easy-access showers and wet rooms in the Selby District area. Covering Selby, Tadcaster, and Sherburn as well as the edges of Leeds, York, and Doncaster.

Passmore Group’s Chairman, Tony Passmore commented on the contract.

“We are really pleased to have won this contract to further cement our very good relationship with Selby District Council, but also to add another formal contract to our growing list of contracts.”

Along with this new contract, Passmore Group now has contracts with most local authorities in the Yorkshire region to deliver bathroom adaptations.
