Leeds Showroom Garden Makeover | Passmore Group

Trading a summer blossom for a new season of plants, Chelsea flower show is underway.
Showcasing beautiful floral displays, for the first time the prestigious flower show is being held in September (from the 21st to the 26th) and running for an additional day to make way for Covid restrictions.
Inspired by the show, here at Passmore Group we’ve put together our own flower display by giving our Passmore Leeds heads office and showroom small garden area a complete makeover.
Transformed by Passmore Group’s Installations Coordinator and avid gardener Sarah our new garden now consists of a palette of winter plants and shrubs.
Sarah started by removing the older plants whilst reusingsome of these plants to create a border for the new design, then filtered out the old soil.
New plants were then placed throughout the bed including lavender for a fragrant relaxing scent, a cordyline plant centre piece, white and purple asters, pink cyclamen, purple and yellow violas and pansies. As well as contrasting purple heuchera, ornamental grasses to add colour and character. Plum slate was also added to help retain moisture in the soil. Whilst daffodil bulbs were planted in time for a spring bloom.
