Passmore Group Awarded 3 Year Contract With Leeds City Council For Disabled Facilities Grant Adaptations

Passmore Group have been awarded an extended 3 year contract to deliver adaptations within private owned homes across Leeds under the Disabled Facility Grant.

Following the end of the previous 4 year contract with Leeds City Council,Passmore Group has been awarded an additional 3 year contract to adapt bathrooms across Leeds for Elderly and disabled residents, helping to create safe and independent bathing experiences.

Passmore Group will complete approximately 200 adaptations per year, including wet room renovations, bath to shower replacements, shower installations and other internal adaptation works.

This marks 15 years where Passmore Group have been in contract with Leeds city council to complete disabled adaptations within private homes under the disabled facilities grant, and upon fitting one of the first level access showers in Leeds in 1996 almost 30 years of working with Leeds city council to deliver adaptations through their preferred scheme list and ALMOS (Arms Length Management Organisations).

With 1000’s of happy customers, Passmore Group are viewed by all local authorities as the leading home adaptations company in the region for consistency of expertise and ability to delver work to a high standard.

Upon completion of his Disabled wet room , Mr Gordino of Leeds, West Yorkshire gave the following feedback:

This Disabled Facilities Grant contract with Leeds City Council is in addition to a number of similar local council contracts Passmore Group has throughout the Yorkshire region.
