Customer Notice Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

19 March 2020

We’re continuously monitoring the health situation caused by the Coronavirus outbreak.

Over the past couple of weeks we’ve put in place new working procedures with an aim of protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers whilst minimising service disruption.

Despite best efforts it is with a heavy heart, and our social responsibility in light of last nights (23rd March 2020) ministerial broadcast, that we close our doors to the public with immediate effect.

Until further notice we will:

  • Close all our showrooms
  • Place all design appointments on hold
  • Place all showroom appointments on hold
  • Place all jobs that have no yet been started on hold
  • Complete all jobs that are currently in progress*
  • Contact all customer to the above effect

*Due to the nature of our business it is our duty as a ‘key work’ service provider, that any job currently in progress is finished to a satisfactory standard. Enabling customers to shower, bathe, wash, use the toilet and be able to cook.

We will be operating our business on skeleton staff for the foreseeable future and urge customers to call 0113 201 5030 or email should they have any service requests during this period.

Over the course of the next few weeks we will continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis, reviewing government and Public Health England guidelines as they emerge.

Any further changes to our business and operations will be actively communicated to all.

During these unprecedented times we urged everyone to follow government guidelines, stay indoors and stay safe. The NHS website has more information about how Coronavirus is spread and answers common questions.

To close we would like to thank everyone who has contributed to our success over the last 55 years’. As company directors, we are confident that if we continue to stick together we will get through this together, recovering quickly and efficiently.

Kind Regards

Tony Passmore, Steve Passmore and Vicki Roberts.
