Absolutely Perfect!

We planned and ordered our new bathroom prior to the CV19 lockdown and the project was delayed until now. We chose Passmore Group because they have done work for us before, most notably a new kitchen. They were the only company we contacted because we trust them completely.

All aspects of the work were completed to our full satisfaction. Nigel guided us through the design making sure that it was our design, meeting our needs but with his guidance and experience opening up new possibilities. Passmores kept us informed with personal telephone calls during the lockdown and then when the work started there were very clear CV19 procedures in place.

Our fitter, Darren was friendly, hardworking and most importantly a true skilled craftsman. We have finished with a bathroom that has exceeded our expectations.

After 6 years of talking about converting our garage and kitchen, we finally took the plunge.

Julie brought our ideas to life with her expertise, and added professional flair to the design. Our project manager, Rob was always contactable and available when we needed anything and kept the 7 week project moving along as much as possible. I have just had my shower room completely refitted and am delighted with the result. When I go in there I feel I am in a hotel!

The design service beforehand was excellent, as was the actual fitting. Carl (my fitter) couldn’t have been more kind and considerate; I know I am not an easy customer.

The work threw up some unexpected challenges because of the way this house was converted to flats ages ago, but Carl surmounted them. He worked extremely hard and remained cheerful. He also took all due care Covid - wise with distancing, sanitising etc, so I am glad I had the shower room done at this time despite reservations because of the pandemic.
