Tony Passmore presents for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Growth Program

7 April 2014

Last week Managing Director, Tony Passmore, presented to a group of 30 business owners taking part in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business growth program (run in conjunction with Leeds University Business School).

Tony was asked to present to the group on how he measures performance in his own business (Passmore Group) through various KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) as a means to help him meet and manage the company to achieving their business objectives.

Tony comments:

“It was an absolute pleasure to be asked to present to the group. Data is a how and what I run my business on. I believe in absolute visibility and manage many key aspects of my business through a range of metrics and KPI’s, which allow for both accurate and swift decision making and movement towards company objectives. There is no denying we would not be where we are today without them.”
