Absolutely Perfect!

We planned and ordered our new bathroom prior to the CV19 lockdown and the project was delayed until now. We chose Passmore Group because they have done work for us before, most notably a new kitchen. They were the only company we contacted because we trust them completely.

All aspects of the work were completed to our full satisfaction. Nigel guided us through the design making sure that it was our design, meeting our needs but with his guidance and experience opening up new possibilities. Passmores kept us informed with personal telephone calls during the lockdown and then when the work started there were very clear CV19 procedures in place.

Our fitter, Darren was friendly, hardworking and most importantly a true skilled craftsman. We have finished with a bathroom that has exceeded our expectations.

Well where to start. From the start the design of my beautiful, classy en-suite and bedroom by Julie is absolutely perfect. Then big shout out to Joe and Rob in charge of project installation. Checking out the plans and confirming everything and also progress along the way.

The guys who carried out my work Steve, Mick and the two electricians, then lastly the perfectionist Michael the decorator all professional, hardworking and more importantly trust worthy guys, which for me in my very sensitive situation right now was a massive help.

Can’t recommend these people and this company enough. I will definitely be using them again perhaps for a new kitchen next year. A massive thank you to you all for my dream haven.

Having recently completed our kitchen I can honestly say that More Kitchens are the best company I have employed to do major works to my home and of the three replacement kitchens we have had over the years by far the best.

From the initial visit and designs by Julie, the project management by Rob to the final decorations everything was fantastic. All the trades guys (Andy - main fitter, Dave the plasterer and finally Michael the decorator) have been excellent. Our kitchen started before the lockdown and finally completed many weeks later due to the pandemic but overall the experience was a very positive one.

I got the pictures out of the initial design the other day - Julie nailed it apart from the changes we made to decorations and lighting More Kitchens delivered exactly what we asked for. We are highly delighted with our kitchen, the works done to open the kitchen out into the pre-existing dining room and the works to our conservatory to raise the floor level to the same as the kitchen and give us much more usable room. Brilliant job all round, thanks very much!

The highlight of 2020 so far! Our new wet room has really transformed our quality of life, especially for my son who has autism and a learning disability.

Richard, our fitter did a a great job. He was friendly, professional and extremely hard working and punctual. One day he arrived at 7:30 am! He explained the process with all the stages of the work well and was flexible in making adjustments.

The rest of the team were also helpful and ensured that the experience was as Covid-secure as possible, wearing masks and social distancing.
