Passmore's win 4yr contract with Bradford MDC email friend

Following a rigorous tender process, Passmore Group have been awarded a 4 year contract to carry out adaptation works for the elderly and disabled in private houses in the Bradford area.

Work will be a mixture of bathroom and toilet adaptations, including wet floor and level access showers, as well as minor building works incorporating the construction of access ramps and interior alterations. The works are funded jointly by local and central government under Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG's).

To be awarded the contract, Passmore's had to demonstrate the expertise required, including the provision of references, as well as their commitment to customer service and care. The Company carries out similar works for Leeds Council, as well as Calderdale, Barnsley and Wakefield to name a few.
