Building regulation approval may be necessary for some smaller projects, including electrical works in a bathroom or kitchen, the installation of new windows and doors, the installation of any gas appliance or any changes to your drainage systems. In most cases, as a registered company, we can self-certify such work through the regulatory bodies' self-certification schemes.

We employ builders trained in all of the major building disciplines, all of which are all highly skilled and qualified. Our staff are trained to City & Guilds or NVQ levels in their respective areas of expertise. We also employ general builders who are skilled in a number of disciplines.
The majority of the work we carry out is completed in-house by our own tradespeople. We only ever sub contract specialist works; however we manage these people with the same care and attention to detail that we do our own in-house team, and have worked closely with our sub contractors for a number of years.
